Well where do I start, it’s a 1988 mk2 Volkswagen GTI Golf. It left the factory with a 1.8 8v engine but has been engine swapped with a 1.8 20v turbo agu engine from the later mk4 Golf GTI.
She was beautiful. Dark Burgandy, twin hood scoops, honeycomb wheels, and a dash, unlike anything I had ever seen. I remember seeing a '4 wheel disc' on the door handle, opening the door, and sitting down. I was sold! I remember trying to play it cool, but Dad actually laughed as he looked on, he knew.
